Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our appointments, returns are subject to the following conditions:

• If you purchased one pair of jeans and wish to return them, a $50 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you purchased multiple pairs and wish to return one, no fee will be charged as long as you keep at least one pair.
• If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. If you choose store credit, the full amount of your returned item(s) will be credited to your account with no fee deducted.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with jeans in unworn, and in the same condition as the date of purchase. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Any item that is not eligible for a return will be stated in the listing description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit to be used at any time.
